Integrated Enterprises

Productive, profitable, and environmentally responsible — six enterprises working as one system.

How It Works

One Farm, Six Interconnected Enterprises

At Agura Mixed Farm, nothing operates in isolation. Manure fuels our crops, pond sludge fertilizes our coffee, and organic waste becomes high-protein feed through Black Soldier Fly (BSF) technology. Every enterprise strengthens the next.

What We Produce

Livestock & Crop Integration

Six enterprises designed to feed, employ, and inspire Northern Uganda.

Piggery & Poultry

Commercial units utilizing IMO systems and BSF protein supplementation for high-quality yields.

Aquaculture

Nile Tilapia and African Catfish ponds where sludge is recycled to fertilize our coffee plantations.

Crop Production

From Clonal Robusta Coffee to Maksoy 6N Soya beans, managed with modern drip irrigation.

Cattle & Dairy

An integrated dairy and beef programme, with manure captured for biogas and organic fertilizer.

Agroforestry

Eucalyptus, fruit trees, and windbreaks that protect the land and build long-term timber value.

BSF Protein Unit

Black Soldier Fly larvae convert organic waste into high-protein animal feed and organic frass fertilizer.

The Circular Model

How Our Enterprises Connect

Step 1

Organic Waste Collection

Manure, crop residue, and food waste from every enterprise are gathered rather than discarded.

Step 2

BSF & Biogas Conversion

Black Soldier Fly larvae and biogas digesters transform waste into protein feed and clean energy.

Step 3

Nutrient Return to Land

Pond sludge, frass fertilizer, and composted manure return nutrients to coffee, soya, and vegetable plots.

Step 4

Market-Ready Products

Healthier livestock, higher crop yields, and lower input costs flow into local and regional markets.
