Our Story

Rooted in Amuru, visionary for Uganda — a 15-year journey to build Northern Uganda's model integrated farm.

How We Began

The Journey to 2041

Founded with a vision to transform the agricultural landscape of Northern Uganda, Agura Mixed Farm is more than just a business. It is a commitment to sustainable excellence, built on a single plot of land in Lacor, Pukure Village, Amuru District.

Under the leadership of Proprietor Ojara Geoffrey Ojiri and supported by technical consultants, we are building a model that proves productivity and environmental responsibility go hand in hand — one where crops, livestock, and aquaculture feed into one another instead of competing for resources.

What started as a single-family ambition is growing into a demonstration site for the entire district: a place where smallholder farmers can see, touch, and learn the integrated methods that will define the next generation of Ugandan agriculture.
